BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY
Eayuan Metal Industrial Co., Ltd. (EMICO), well known for its valve production and foundry, was established in 1984 with its Taiwan production facility based in Lukang, Changhua county, and China production facility in Wuhu City, Anhui. The company has an international sales center set up in Taichung to promote EMICO’s products. Based on the company strategy of Mr. Jason Lin, President of EMICO, together with the efforts of its personnel, EMICO’s goal is to provide outstanding products with consistent and superior quality.
CORE VALUE
EMICO’s product range includes floating ball valves, trunnion ball valves, sanitary valves, metal seated ball valves, cryogenic ball valves, gate, globe, check and dual plate check valves. The main materials produced are stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron and ductile iron. Special materials such as Monel, Inconel, Alloy 20, and hastelloy are also available on offer. EMICO also offers customized products based on their customer’s requirements.

OUR HISTORY
1984
Eayuan Metal Industrial Co. Ltd (EMICO) was established in Taiwan.
1993
Commenced co-operation to manufacture OEM valves for an established USA Oil & Gas valve manufacturer.
1994
We became the first valve manufacturer in Taiwan to be ISO 9002 certified.
1996
Received Approval from Formosa Plastics Group as their preferred valve supplier.
2000
Upgrade of our ISO Certification by TUV to ISO 9001 (from ISO 9002).
2002
Our PED/CE QA System was certified by TUV.
2002
Set up our second manufacturing base in Shanghai in collaboration with Hitachi Metals Ltd, Japan to manufacture Gate, Globe & Check valves.
2005
First approval by AGA (Australian Gas Association) for supply of small bore ball valves to the Gas Industry.
2006
Our valves listed & certified by UL.
2008
Established exclusive distribution channel with Razvalve Pacific Pty Ltd for Australia/Oceania region.
2009
Received our API-6D QA System approval.
2010
Established manufacturing division as a qualified Hydraulic Cylinder OEM manufacturer for Mitsubishi Heavy Ind Ltd, Japan.
2012
We set up an in-house integrated Investment Foundry in Taiwan for CS, SS & Special material castings.
2013
Set up a joint venture in Singapore for ASIAN countries.
2014
We celebrated our 30th Anniversary in September.
2017
Approval by AGA (Australian Gas Association) for supply of Manual & Actuated Shut-off & Vent small bore ball valves to the Australian Gas Industry.
2018
Approval by AGA (Australian Gas Association) for supply of Manual & Actuated Shut-off & Vent Flanged ball valves to the Australian Gas Industry.
2018
Relocated our China manufacturing base from Shanghai to a much larger operation in Wuhu City (Anhui Province).
